Returns & Refutnd
- The buyer should check for any product defects at the time of delivery.
- If you notice any product defects in the products delivered to you, contact us via email or phone and inform us immediately.
- Delivered products should be returned within 15 days with their original packaging and receipts, units and measures.
- Partial returns of delivered products are not accepted.
- Any complaints made after 15 days of the order completed will not be investigated, and no returns and refunds are provided.
- Once products are used or installed by the buyer, the company (tiling.lk) will not accept any returns or refund requests.
- The delivery fee is non-refundable.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 14 working days after confirmation.
- We will refund the price actually paid for the defective products (not the full price) under the following conditions:
- Damages caused during transportation
- Defects due to manufacturing issues,
- Products being faulty or not as described
