- USER ACCOUNT
To order goods on this site, a user needs to create an account by filling in the relevant information during the registration process.

- Contact details (Mobile/Telephone numbers)
The user’s responsibility is to provide accurate information to us and update the changes in the “my profile” section.
- PRODUCT DETAILS & AVAILABILITY
All product images, descriptions, and information are intended to provide a general idea of the goods.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only, and we may occasionally change the recipes or item weight depending on the order quantity.
You agree that Kavum Kokis cannot be held responsible for goods that spoil due to weather changes, damages due to shipment errors, and other circumstances that are beyond our control.
- PRICE AND PAYMENT
All the prices are exclusive tax, delivery, and shipment costs added to the total bill value before checkout.
We may change the prices of goods at any time, and changes will not affect the orders that have been already confirmed for dispatch.
The changes in prices will be updated on the site with immediate effect.
If there is a pricing error, we will either contact you for your confirmation before dispatching the order or reject your order and notify the same.
We accept credit and debit card payments.
All the payments shall be made in the respective country’s currency values (Ex: Sri Lanka – LKR, US – USD) Please note we cannot be held responsible for currency fluctuations.
All the payments should be made upfront online at the time of checkout.
- Promotions and Discounts
https://kavumkokis.com has the right to discontinue or hold any ongoing promotions and discounts.
- Returns, Refunds & Cancellation
Your parcel should be checked at the time of delivery & packages that are accepted at the delivery point cannot be returned under any circumstances.
As we are dealing with food items, we cannot offer or exchange the items delivered to you due to their nature.
If the parcel is damaged, you need to take a clear picture and email us at info@kavumkokis.lk. We will check on the possibilities of providing a partial refund and cannot guarantee.
Confirmed orders, orders in the processing stage, or dispatching stage cannot be canceled, and no refund will be provided.
Our decisions should be considered as the final decision on any returns, cancellations, and refunds.
- Import duty and customs
If you are ordering outside Sri Lanka, the packaging may be subject to import duties. These taxes are levied when the goods reach your specific destination, which the customer has to pay, and we will not be responsible for.
Events outside our control
We shall not be liable for delays, loss, or damages caused by events outside our control (Weather changes, shipment delays, riots, and similar situations).
